You can leave meat out of your diet as long as you substitute it with food like tofu or nuts. Just eating vegetables is not enough. And eating vegetarian can be not healthy if you have no idea what you are doing. If you eat vegetarian pizza topped with lots of cheese a few days a week that's not healthy.

i basically feel begetarian food is dfenitely better for health than non veg, but at the same tiem , i have a strong popinion that only people who eat nonveg are more stronger than veg people. i feel by eating non veg u get lots and lots of strenght , which i not possible to get in vegetarian food. but the advantage of veg food is that , in veg food u wil not get many diseases like BP, cholestrol , sugar and all that...so many diseases can be avoided. i dont mean to say tha all beg people r healthy and non veg eaters r full of diseases...but that is what i have seen in my experience as far as i know. but pure veg eaters r not all that strong enough . infact iam a vegeatraian , and i feel iam not as strong as non veg people. so eevrything has its own advangtage and disadvantage right...so this is also so...
