No I've never seen it!:) But I believe there is some kind of "monster" undersea maybe some giant strange fish. I'd like to believe the existance of a monster like Cthulhu:) I've found a great picture of it! I liked the book too.
Wouldn't be scared if you watch a monster like this? ahha

I think sea monsters too exist! Well, not the Kraken type like in the Pirate of the Caribbeans but rather man-eating, sea creatures. The Great White Shark, Bull Sharks and Tiger Sharks are monsters if you ask me.
As for those type of seamonsters that you're talking about, I'd say no, they didn't exist. It's just a figment of imagination borne out of fear. Atleast, I hope.. ;)

It is possible for dinosaur era sea creature to live nowadays, because some lake are deep enough so they live in the dark, and some times show up to the surface. In Indonesia and Australia is quite a lot ancient fish that still alive and found.

Traditional monsters like the Loch Ness monster or the typical giant sea serpents seen in movies and games most probably do not exist, or at least there is no good evidence of their existance. But REALLY huge undersea monsters are most certainly a possibility; have you seen the pics of that giant squid found in asia not too long ago? It's really awe-inspiring.

Never saw a sea monster in real life or photographs, but don't believe in their existence. Found this link with photos but still not convinced. But someone with a good imagination could write really fascinating stories about them.
