...I would guess yes.. but I really don't know why.. So whether my intuition is working today or not.. It just seems right, that the electrons would increase..(?!)
Someone tell me, am I right? I tried googling it, but couldn't make much sense out of it.. er, nothing clear and obvious came up.

I remember this pnemonic:
OIL RIG
Oxidation is LOSS of electrons
Reduction is GAIN of electrons
