Opera is great , in my opinion it is the best browser. it is known as the fastest browser. It is free with excelent standard support.
Your desktop is kept tidy through its tabbed browsing features, which opens all webpages in dockable windows inside a single instance of the application. There are a range of tools to help you find information ont the net easily, from intergrated search-enabled toolbars to instantaneous looking-up for selected words.
Two very helpful features are the page-zoom feature, which allows you to zoom in the entire docuement, instead of just the text; and the developer shortcuts to turn off style sheets and images. In other browsers u have to go through multiple menus to use bookmarklet for this functionality.
The interface is clean and sleek, and there are many themes that u can choose from to give it a new look. , the interface in browsers like Firefox is strictly controlled, in that nothing gets added to it without being absolutely necessary, Opera's designers don't seem to have been so dicerning. As a consequence, the menus and toolbars can be overwhelmingly filled with option that you generally wont need to change ,
I love the OS as it has so many options, it even has widgets a feature that u dun see in any other browsers with a lots of widget which are freely downloadable from Opera's website, download it , go through the menus, use it , love it.

hmmm loos pretty cool the new features, I'm still stuck with my firefox, since it can't boost my internet connection to the limit, eventhough it also take much of my computer resource, someday I will try the new opera, I use opera just for downloading files from server that doesn't want to be dl with my download manager, since using firefox for download is very2 risky, since firefox downloader can't be resume, I don't know about the firefox v.2

I have been a devoted Firefox user for quite some time at least the last three years. I of course have the fasterfox extention installed as well as firetune.
However Since I recently moved and can not get dsl here I am stuck with dial up and I have found that my pages load faster in OPERA. By the way if you too are stuck with dial up try net zero's 3G it really is better.

Yes, I also think Opera is the best, at least for me. In fact, I have compared the 3 (Opera, Firefox anfd IE) in my blog and have found that opera is indeed the best. In security, it far outstrips the others. Check it out: http://freewebsoftwarereviews.blogspot.com
Firefox, though is attractive for people who want just the features they need. The extensions are really cool. I wouldnt count out Firefox as being the best browser for some users at least.
