Ok.. so as the subject goes.. well my bf is like almost always ' in the mood ' and i never thought i was so timid - i'm like almost never 'in the mood'. This is a terrible problem. we both love each other a lot.. but i know this comes in the way once in a while. We both feel so helpless at times.. Any tips/suggestions ?

Well it is not all about that all the time. I really do not know what to advise you to be honest. I have to say that with my Ex Husband in the last 5 Years I was not in the mood and I had good reasons though and one of them he killed my Love for him. The only thing that I can suggest is to work up to it, not a case of ' in the mood' A case of work up to it slowly. I have to say lol I am always in the mood for my Lovely Man and I do love him very much, but I think that is because we do not live together.

Check your nutritional staus, vitamins, etc. Some additional supplements help, like dhea. Get plenty of sleep. He should be romantic and kind outside of the bedroom, and helpful as well. That goes a long way towards being happy in the bedroom. Why does it seem like something that just you should do something about? You can participate as a gift, and perhaps your mood will change as the situation progresses, but nothing says you have to.

My urge is to say get married! ok..perhaps he is not the man you really want. Perhaps you have him with you just so you aren't alone. A good marriage/relationship is taking and giving and there is usually not and even ground. So think about this and see what might be done to make this situation better.
