? Time Management?

Does anybody else have a problem with time management? I just get sooo busy sometimes! I get distracked and forget to do things! Ahhh! Who is good at managing their time? Could you give me some advice! Should I wear a clock around my neck? My watch doesn't seem to be helping! I hardly ever look at it:)
