I need more responses!

There are several factors that affect the response rate, many of which are completely beyond your control. For example: If you post a discussion it may be of interest to hundreds of people here, but if none of them are online for the next couple of hours then your discussion will disappear several pages down the queueue and they may never see it. It is difficult for a newcomer to the site because nobody really knows whether they are likely to create good discussions. I have posts from 4 months ago with only 2 replies. The best approach is to simply carry on regardless and give members time to notice the quality of discussions that you post. Eventually some members will look for your discussions if they like what you post, so the response rate will improve.

Hello. I am quite new here myself, but because I love to talk and give my opinion, I answer a lot of discussions, and I read their profiles to see if we have anything in common and I ask if they will put me on their friends list. This way you get to know and read a lot of what people are asking and discussing. so go where your interests lay and answer and request a friend, it will take a while m but in the mean time enjoy and have fum Regards Robin
