Chorizo

Do you have any inventive recipes using chorizo? My family makes chorizo and scrambled eggs on flour tortillas. I also tried a recipe by Rachael Ray for chicken and chorizo chili. It was pretty good. We like the spicy flavor and I would like to know if anyone has any tried and true recipes. Thank you.

I love chorizo. Chorizo and papas (potatoes) is my favorite way to have it. Basically cook the chorizo in one pan and cook hashbrowns or diced potatoes in another. When the potatoes are about ready add the chorizo. Really good with refried beans and cheese in a tortilla. mmm now im hungry.

That does soud good. My husband and I tried chorizo and papas the other night, but not with the refried beans, cheese or tortillas. We'll have to try that! Thank you.
