Can you shed some light on the process for me. I have a blog with livejournal, but I don't understand if my blogs have to be viewable for 90 days first or how do I get my blog approved. Any advise will be greatly appreciated!

Your blog must be 90 days old before it will be approved. That is 90 days from the first post in your blog. Hope this answer cleared things up for you.
