What 3 Goals Do You Want To Acheive? Just For you, yourself?

Be selfish here - What 3 goals would you like to acheive just for yourself? NOT goals that you want to see your kids grow up happy, or that you want to be a good spouse or be a good parent, but goals that are only about you and just for yourself. What do YOU want to acheive?
I find it hard to take myself out of my family concerns, but I think it's important to do things for yourself too!
For me I would like to be able to become a published writer/author, start an artist's retreat on my property for the promotion of artisans/craftsmen, and start a web-site presence that will be successful.
Those are 3 of my goals -- What about you?

I also want to publish a book! I also want to pay off my debt, and visit Australia.
Your goals all sound interesting. On the website thing you might want to start with a blog, if you don't already have one. I have great fun blogging.

Well short-term goals that could change my life-top 3.
First:Pass my Accounting Class
Well, I want to know my Accounting book in and out. This would lead me to success and a better job. A field I know-and am interested in. It can support me and my future family, and make my family proud as well as me. I could also gaurantee my future life to be better-even though it's guaranteed I'd make mistakes-I'd learn real quick, and kkow now the real secret is to bounce back. I want to be a professional and to make my money work for me as I've worked hard for it. I don't want to regret working because of bills, problems, family isssues, due to lack of money. I want to know I can provide, and achieve my dreams, and those around me will know they can too. PLus-I want to have my own eutopia(sp?) one day.
Second: Achieve my goals on 43things.com and things I've been thinking about or trying to do but turn away from...stop beating myself up and just do it espically when I want to achieve it. Don't Let others beat me down.
Get myself knowledgable and Eligible to the Opportunities I seek:
I want to get Microsoft Certified, Read 125 great books, 15 non-fiction books, Run a whole mile, Go to work-workhard, good attitude, study during freetime,-get An A in public speaking, Make $150 dollars on mylot(Save it-By stock),Make a few 43things.com lists(a short-term, everyday, and what the everyday and shorterm will build up too.
Third: Exercise regularly again, and study each day. study accounting, Bible, and stop putting off things I want to learn, do, and achieve.
Those are 3 goals to change my life-thing is it's really hard to do. I feel like doing it. It's just when you choose to change even though you know you can do it, your afraid of the uncharted territory.

2. run 1 succesful site, which people will enjoy using and improve the ones which don't. this is very important to me =)
3. Improve things which i have listed down. (about myself) once thats done leave it and do what the first one says.

My selfish goals are to make enough money with my writing to continue writing all my life, to travel all over Europe, and to ensure that the growth of my website is not done commercially, but through genuine interest and support.

I have many goals in life that I take in a personal state.
My first goal is to become a Certified Public Accountant. Since I graduated, I haven't have the chance to give a try to take the Board Exam. It is only now that I find the urge to take the Board Exam. Now, I am preparing to take the review and eventually hoping and praying for me to pass.
My second goal is to have my own house and lot. It is my dream ever since I was a kid. I long for the day that I will have real properties of my own.
Third, I want to publish my own book when I have enough poems in compilation. I want to share a part of me to anyone who has the passion for reading specifically, poetry.

My three goals that I would like to achieve for myself are number one, happiness for who I am and what I contribute to the life of others, instead of negative feelings. Two, I want to be confident, not arrogant, just confident, enough to be able to do things, try things on my own, with others without fear or anxiety. Third I want to be comfortable, by which I mean that I have enough money to live a comfortable life, to do the sorts of things that bring me happiness but withough a daily struggle to achieve them. I am not into being mega rich, I just want enough to get by comfortably with. I suppose these goals I've listed are kind of mid-life goals, there's a lot more besides that I've put by to achieve this year alone.
Why not start your published author career by using Lulu . com they publish books and other things one at a time, it might be a good tool to start getting yourself noticed and it means you cut out the publisher middle men.

Three goals that goes for myself alone is that i really wanted to be rich, with a lot of money so that i can afford to buy everything i want. I want to be a successful nurse since it has been my dream ever since im young. I want to get married and travel the world with my husband.
Your right, there are goals that we want to achieve without sometimes thinking of the people we love. but somehow, if ever i achieve everything listed, i can even help out to my family and as well people in need.

I'm great at having dreams just not so good at being able to action or follow through with any of them.
1. I'd love to work in the entertainment industry. My life has been filled with entertainment activities and it just runs through my blood. Accordingly all I've ever really dreamed about is working in it one day. My interests are pretty broad from theatre/tvs/movies (stage management, set design); to the music industry (copyright, publishing, a&r, pr or very behind the scenes at a radio station)
2. To actually be comfortable in my own skin and to grow my confidence to actually be the person I could be and actually believe is buried deep inside of me.
3. I'd also like to be a website designer. I've always been interested in it and have often played with making my own for one thing of another but have never had the time or energy to delve very deeply into it.
