Ragging is not at all needed...to get friendship with juniors,seniors need to chat with them..they may tell their experiences and this may b a gud way to get n close friendship with juniors..no need to rag them and make them worried..

by doing raging to a person , a person loses its confidence and his smartness. he thinks that he is of no use. But 4 some people its important as it helps to point out the qualities in us which cant be seen
