Manny Pacquio.....for congressman?

I think he made a right decision for people of Gen San pleaded for him to run for congressman and the it is up for the people of Gen San to decide whom they want as congressman. I think he deserves a seat in congress for legally he qualifies and at the same time he is popular where Filipinos are fond of popular people not the intelligent and the dedicated ones who are silent. I will not vote for him though, for he lacks experience and government is not about power but service as well.
