can someone tell me what happens in a job fair?

I think if you're applying for a call center job fair, you have to prepare yourself for a long tiring day. I have a cousin that told me how it was while applying, and it's a vey long day with a very long process to put yourself through. Before I forgot, you can wear a semi-formal dress because I think they are more appropriate for the job specification that you are vying for.. Bring all the necessary requirements just in case you get hired there on, the exams are just easy as it is mostly of logic and abstract reasoning and some simple mathematical enumerations. That's what's I've heard from my cousins recent experience, I hope it would give some pointers into some of your queries.

Usually at a job fair there will be different booths there telling you about their company and what they have to offer. I would dress formal because your first impression is very important. You want to look presentable and be very polite. Make sure you bring several copies of your resume as there may be many places you would like to appy. I would also suggest to bring a pen and a small notepad in case you decide to take notes of different benefits that companies offer. You willalso want to keep track of the companies names that you give your resume to. Good luck!
