Getting back to work

After been a stay-at-home mom for more than 3 years, it's tough to find a job. Either I'm overqualified (over age haha) or I was just not the one they wanted (too high last salary received). I've applied to alot of companies, and never heard from them. Had some promising ones but just got disappointed afterwards.
Now I have a pending PROMISING application but I still have to go to a panel interview. I've never been subjected to a panel interview and I don't know what to expect. Any advice? Tips?

just wanted to applaud you for having high spirits despite of the negative reponses from different companies. applying for a job is tough in a sense that we have to accept the disappointments that comes with it. keep up the enthusiasm & dynamism! good luck! everything is going to be great!
