Do you find ringing cell phones at work annoying?

Everyday at work there is always someone who has their cell phone with them.It can be every irritating when they dont shut them off. Are you allowed to have yours on at work?Is there people at your work who MUST work with theirs on and you find it annoying?

It depends on your type of work, if your on sales, get worried if your cellphone not ringing. I do get annoyed when cellphones rings on movies, church and other similar place
