Have you ever ran into someone who had some really stinky feet..and moreover not only did they stink..with the shoes on..when the shoes came off it was almost too much to bear? How would you tell a close friend that their feet stinks? Would ou or would you just go on and let it be??What is the right thing to do..Nothing like stinky feet!!

I would come right out and tell them your feet stink. My close friend probably would be happy for me to let her no that her feet stink. Most of the time the smell comes from the shoes and when you put your feet into the shoes it causes your feet to stink. Maybe your friend can wash her shoes or use a foot power in the shoes and on there feet.

I would probably say something but indirectly. I would say What is that smell? Do you smell some kind of odor? That way I am saying that they or their feet smell and hope that would give them a hint about their feet without hurting their feels or insulting them. If I did not do that, I would just try and survive and hope next time I see them, they will have done something about their feet. I have not experienced this feeling yet.

Good advice..from a good friend..but I actually have a friend that has this problem...and I am wondering if wearing one's shoes all day or too tight is causing this.. I am able to talk to this friend easily..I don't know if I would have sufficient tact if it was a family member;)

I would probably start off like , I don't want to come across as being mean or anything and am only telling you because I would hope as my friend that you would do the same for me , but did you know that there is a bad smell coming from your feet and then I would again tell them that I wasn't trying to be mean but that they could get something for this at the pharmacy if they went in and asked what they recommmended . That is how I would try to word it anyway .

Be up-front but polite. I think the trick is to not judge someone about it. You can forgive someone for stinky feet, but you can't forgive someone for lying or being dishonest.
