Do U Know The Art Of Saying "NO" To Others ??

i can say NO to others without a problem. If i don't want to do things then i say NO. but i acknowledge that there are instances when you have problems saying no to someone because of fear that you might hurt his feelings. This has happened to me alot of times. Sometimes i say no indirectly by making good excuses, valid excuses. i don't say no outfront so that i wont hurt them.

I just say straight to their face, NO. Then i'll try to reason out and apologize if necessary, for not entertaining their request. Sometimes, sincerety is the key of dismissing other persons feelings and request.

I have no problem telling people no. I have children it is like the second word in my vocabulary. LOL. I usually let people know why or if I feel uncomfortable about it. I think if it compromises what you believe in you shouldn't do it or you will resent who ever is asking in the long run.

I spent many years of my life doing things just to make other people happy. I never gave it another thought. A few years ago, after constantly doing things for friends and family, I decided in order for me to keep my sanity, I would have to stop. I realized people were taking me for granted and were taking advantage of me. I found that out when we were moving and I asked for help that was not given. I still help out, but now it is when I am up to it.

I have the same problem, I am too weak at heart to say no to someone, so I try to fulfill their request. If I try to make up reasons to avoid it, it really shows up in my face that I am making up reasons, so I don't try that as well. So I have no option left.

I am used to say NO to people as I try to avoid trouble before trouble troubles me.. We very often think of saying NO to people but we might think what others will think of us if we say so..this definetely will be a cause with our close ones

i wont say no but will say ( will try ) then will try to do that thing.. if i dont like that thing also..
