It's kinda hard to answer this question. But I guess I will have to say Sarah McLachlan. Her voice sounds like an angel, her songwriting is exemplary and her words are very poetic.

Michael Ball.
The man has probably the best voice in the world, has a great personality and stage presence. And he sings so many types of songs -- show tunes, oldies, love songs, country, etc -- that I never get tired of listening to him.
