do parents really play a part in a child's upbringing?

should v blame the parents if the child doesnt become good person or bright child suddenly has a downfall n turns out to b a criminal or should v give full credit to them for a noble n great child.....

parents are there as a guide not to walk behind them with a broom and dustpan as long as you show them the right thing to do . its up to them to make the right desicisions
