HYIP is real or not?

I starting to beleive that high yeild plan with offering profit more than 4% daily as SCAM.
I had lost about USD 1600 with HYIP.
Now I only invest in little percentage with HYIP that offers little percents.

I've joined one hyip program as well for more than two weeks now and checking my accounts, earnings are updated daily for the daily investment and weekly for my weekly plan but then im thinking that this could be scam as well cos i've withdrawn my earnings for more than a week now and still havent credited to my egold account, i kept on sending the admin email and yet no response from them so i have the feeling that im going to lose my money not until they pay me.
