If you choose to get married, would you like to have kids? I know some people who don't. But for you, why or why don't you want to have kids?

i would like to have kids when i get married.. but not that soon though.. i still want to be prepared for it.. :)
kids complete a family.. but that doesn't necessarily mean it's not complete without them. but kids will be nuts in my double dutch ice cream.. pretty distracting and nutty.. but still makes the double dutch flavor more delicious! :)

Yes, same thing here. Actually I'm not yet sure if I want to have kids or not. But if ever I plan to have one (or more ^_^), I'll make pretty sure I'm, yes, going to watch them grow and not leave them to domestic help.
Thanks for the reply :)

Well, it is too late for me! I am married and I have kids. I do not regret these choices, but I think other choices are just as valid. Both can be difficult in different ways. I really wanted to have my son and I am so glad that I did, but if it had been that I couldn't have any children, I would have enjoyed that kind of life as well. Different challenges and benefits. My brother, too, has chosen not to have children. I think that is becoming a more popular choice, which I think is good. We have too many people! If you don't want to have kids, go ahead and not and just enjoy your life for yourself! The Aquarian age is here. :)

Even before I got married, I've always wanted to have kids. I enjoy taking care of children - playing with them , and hear their laughter. Now that I have my own son, it seems that part of my dream has come true. Well, it did - having a kid of my own. I cannot express the joy of having a child. I don't know how to. It just completes my being a woman, completes my individuality. The laughter of my baby, his cries, his loving touch, and his cravings to be cuddled and touched by me brings so much gladness to my heart. Well, what else do I have to say? I just can't express the happiness I feel in a more profound word.

I am married and have a child, although he is now an adult. However we were only blessed with the one, and for him we are thankful.
So sometimes childlessness isn't always the choice that people make, but instead they are just simply not blessed with a child sadly. We do have friends who chose not to have children and although they were and are very good with their friends' children, they had other priorities in their life. I respect them for their honesty in this regard and it never affected our friendship.

Honest answer there mate.
Sorry, I can't help but use that word, knowing you're an aussie and all ;D
Anyways, yes, we do have choices. And that doesn't make them less of a person really. They just have other thoughts on the matter.
Thanks for stopping by luv. :)

If you want live for today, you don't need to have children. You want to live for tomorrow certainly you need children. I think you know the difference between "Today" and "Tomorrow". Anyhow see the Image and get conclusion.

It's not really about the today and tomorrow. It's just for me, based on my experience with children and taking care of them, I don't think I'll ever choose to have kids when I get married. The thought may change in the long run however. But as of the moment, I think I'm not responsible enough. And I don't think I will be capable of being a really good parent to my kid.
So that's why :)

I'll love to have kids, if having kids isn't so expensive. Education is expensive here, everything is rising, taxes are raising next year, even kids' clothes are expensive.. getting a degree here is expensive, tuition fees are expensive.. everything is expensive!
For me, if in the near future, I do not have kids is because I don't have the financial ability to ensure that they are going to have a bright and stable future. But if it comes to a time that a baby comes along, so be it. I'll probably love the baby as much as well.
