how to request money from paypal?

i got my first earnings from mylot and it got credited into paypal account. i tried adding credit card/debit card with the account for verification purpose but it didn't work out. i need the money, so what shoudl i have to do to get the money from paypal? I am from India and is there any provisions like requesting for cheques and if yes, will they take any service charge? Please respond to this and i would be very glad if i get the answer?
