how much does an architect get paid?

I know one person who is an architect and he gets paid in excess of €60,000 per annum. He is also supplied with a company car, free diesel and espenses. He also gets bonuses for each building that he designs and he does the odd few jobs at home for which he can earn in excess of €1000 per month. I suppose the salary could vary depending on the employer.

It depends largely on the university from where you have got your degree.A reputed university degree can earn you upto a lakh per month.

Not enough, in fact a complete pittance for the amount of studying and responsibility you have. Don't even waste your time becoming an Architect, do something with reasonable pay.

it depends with the employer. in our country architects not paid that much.lucky to be said, if you were paid enough and satisfied your needs.. work abroad not here.
