Do you set your alarm clock 5 to 10 minutes ahead from the real time? And Why?

Oh yes, definitely. But I go one step further and rely on no less than 3 alarm clocks. I stagger their ringing times and place them at different locations in my room. :P

No, i don't. I set my alarm clock exactly to the time iwanted it to be. However, my wife sets her alarm clock 15 minutes earlier. She said that it's better for her to wake up early. This is because early in the morning when she wakes up, she's just too lazy to minus another 15 minutes to know the exact time she's supposed to wake up. It's better to be early rather than late.

I set mine about 20 minutes before I really have to be up. The reason would be because I am really bad about falling back to sleep. If I hit the snooze and then try to wake up and fail the alarm will wake me back up in time.

I set it 15 minutes ahead and set it to alarm every 5 minutes. Its like asking for a little more time to close my eyes or to prepare myself well before I get up. It leaves a bad feeling to wake up quickly and rush everything in the morning.

I set the alarm 15 minutes ahead. I enjoy the 15 minute break that I have.... Something like a time to finish off a dream according to the way I want :).

Alarm clock is very important to me! And i set it atleast 15min. ahead of the real time! Because there are instances that I sleep again after I turn off the alarm! So I make sure that that I set it ahead the real time!

I am a college student and many times I just switch off the clock. This is the reaso why I have adjusted my clock 20 mins ahead of the real time. So that I don't miss any class.

I usually set alarm at the real time to awake me.Well ,actually,I used to set alarm some 10 minutes ahvanced, but it just has the opposite effect.Every morning, when the alarm beeped,I know that there 10 surplus minutes ,needless to act.So I'll turn off the alarm while I lie on bed and sleep more. But that usually makes me late.Because of this situation,I decided to set the alarm at the real time, then,I have no plea to delay.

I always set my alarm clock 15 minutes more than the real time because I know that I would not be able to wake on the real time.
