I want my first baby to be a boy. Dont ask me why because I dont even know the reason - may be just for the fun of starting a home with a male child (someone to do all the scattering). However, what shall I eat, how I am expected to sleep with my wife..etc.. to achieve this.

I don't really think there is much you can do to get a boy. You can't control the semen to be xy or xx as far as I know.
There is however a methode, but you have to go to a clinic, to be sure to have a girl/boy (something to do with temperature, but I'm not sure if it is that legit).
