We all know that India and China is becoming the base for all automobile industries and becoming more polluted. Retaining the manpower is becoming the challenge of the day for the companies because of lot of job opportunities. Some Indian companies have understood the threat and paying more for the existing people just to retain. But some multinational companies in India is talking like they had chosen India because of cheap labour and giving salary rise may not be possible. What do you think about these companies whether they will sustain their base in the long run and what do you think about the people who are still loyal for the company with out visualising the opportunity knocking at their doors?
