Latley I have been absolutly disgusted with myself. I gained weight, my acne is getting worst and worst and I feel like my mouth and hair is always dirty from smoking.
I've been on a diet now for 17 days and Im doing pretty dang good. I want to quit all of my bad habits at one time. If I can diet for 17 days without going off of it, then in my opinion I can do anything!! Lol!
Whats your opinion on quitting bad habits and trying to change your life all at one time? I frankly can't wait anymore and starting today Im going to try it.

I don't think that you can do all of things at one time. I think you are setting yourself to fail. Try to correct one bad habit at a time. They say it is a lifestyle change and it takes times. They say to take baby steps. Good luck.

Whenever I take baby steps I always seem to fail. I've never just taken a plunge, so if I fail oh well at least I tried in a different way.

I think you need to remember your reasons for quitting these habits, while remembering that you might be alittle harsh on yourself at times.
Accept that sometimes you will re do these and focus on seeing how effect you are at cutting them out and then sooner or later you will.
I find alot of habits for myself and i'm sure i'll never run out of things which need to be improved. although we're happy we shouldn't worry to much.
Kudos

I think that it's great that you want to change all of your bad habits at once! That's probably how I would go about it, too, because I tend to completely throw myself into a task when I really want to do it. THe problem is, once I get bored I'm also quite ready to give up pretty easily. I also am gaining weight back recently and can't seem to stop myself or deny myself almost anything. It's quite frustrating. I need to get back on track, as well. Congrats for making it on your diet for 17 days! That's wonderful! I wish you so much luck in everything that you wish to accomplish! ^_^

i think it is good that u have decided to give up one habit at a time. it is a good plan and great that u are succeding! i think the bes tway is to decide and tell others that u are giving up a habit. then it puts pressure to keep up with the reputation and declaration.
