Major Computer Problem with my other computer!

My husband installed a game on my desktop computer (I am on my laptop now) and the game is not a lot of memory but I had given him a cheat code for unlimited moves and he played the game and shut off the computer but then the next time we tried to turn on my computer it says there is not enough memory to even turn it on. I tried all the choices and options, even safe mode but nothing will make it open or turn on. I cannot erase anything because it won't even go on enough to get to the erase things part. Is there anything I can do or are all my games and pictures lost forever that were on that computer?
