How can I APPROACH HER?

if u thin ksh ecould be yours u need to act and tell her. ask her otu some day or just get pally, dont jump to the end. maybe u dont think she is worth it later so try to get to know her better first and als ou will be able to judge what she thinks of u:)

but do you happen to know ANYONE in her neighborhood that could at least tell you who she is and a little about her? Since you`ve only seen her once she may have just moved in recently (though sadly she could have just been visiting). Obviously you need to make driving past her house part of your daily routine. You don't want to stalk her, but do drive by after school casually and see if you can see her again...and if you do, then you're going to have to be brave and introduce yourself. You're going to have to get out of your car, or off your skateboard or bike, and walk up and say "Hi, my name's Jared and I just wanted to say you`re really attractive" and then you`re going to smile charmingly and LEAVE.

That is not easy my firend but,if you're really interested try to make an effort.Does she have a friend that you know.Have a good bonding w/ her family.Try to observed what is her interest...try very hard to know her phone no.and call her.You said she has a lot of friends so,try as well to be friendly w/ her friends..Once you got the first move it would be easy for you to continue what you are up to..good Luck!!

Not sure how old you are or she is, but I found the best approach is in a public place and simply smile and say hello. Doesn't hurt if you are funny and can make her laugh as well. When you do all this, ask for the phone number and call a week later to get a date.
