hi friends.i here to gain referrals we should have a web sites it seem.so can any one give me a tips for building a websites

it's easy i think ,just go to any websites which can provide free space,such as www.myspace.com which is a web site you can make friend or make your blog,the difficult thing is how to gain referrals,i have built severl website but havent got a referral at all.
