Any good sites to download music & burn cd's?

Does anyone know a good site to download music & burn cd's from? I went to Napster & that was a great site, but on top of the $9.95 per month fee, they wanted $.99 per song to burn it. My son wants to burn about 60 songs, I just can't afford that. Any suggestions?

For me i had honostech vedio/cd editor,and there's cd burn on it..It id free for 365 days and after expiration you will pay for the service.
