You know what? i had my last baby 8 years after my 2nd baby! and it was like i was having my first baby all over again! i had forgotten how it felt giving birth...but it was exciting! i didn't even know i was already having labor pains, and i kept calling my mom over the phone and asking her if i was about to give birth already, since the baby was due in like, 2 weeks more! my labor pains began at about 6pm and i waited and waited till 4am before asking to be brought to the hospital...then voila! the baby came right out after just about 30 minutes! i stayed up all throughout the delivery, and couldn't fall asleep until i had my baby in my arms! Yes, i guess the pain was so bad, but i couldn't remember any pain i endured in the three times i gave birth because each time, i was overwhelmed by being able to hold and feel the life that was inside me for 9 whole months!

When I had my first baby, I didn't go through much pain. Imagine, I went to the labor room about 9:55am then my baby came out at 10:55am. So, when I had my second baby, my youngest now, I was so confident that I will go through the same. But unfortunately, I had high risk pregnancy, maybe because of the stress I have at work. Consequently, I had hard time in labor for 12 hours and it was even induced labor! OMG, it hurts so much. I can't forget the pain till now...and i swear, i don't wanna go through that again! even if wanted to have a baby girl

Don't let a bad experience stop you from having more children. Every birth is different. Also, for your second delivery it seems like your body knows what to do. It goes so much faster. The first time I had to push for two hours - the second time it was like 15 minutes. Lots of luck.
