What processor do you prefer? Intel or AMD?

I also use Inter Pentium 4, my friends use AMD and its weaknesses are: 1. AMD get too hot so that you need more fan to keep it cool, meaning that all CPUs with AMD are very noisy because of the fan. 2. many programs are not compatible with AMD for graphics and all other applications, Intel is better, but for games, AMD is better. so you need to decide what you'll use the computer the most for, then decide the processor.

I prefer AMD, because it more reliable for gaming or graphic using.

i prefer AMD since i am using one.I use AMD because --comparatively cheap --high performance --high stabilty --greater support for gaming i recommned AMD FX 64 bit computing.It has many advantage over intel pentium 4 processors.but i heard that intel pentium duo core2 is much better than other precedures and a like performance with AMD 64.so i f you are going to buy a new computer either you go for AMD FX 64 or Pentium 4 Duo core 2. thank you!

i use intel pentium 4 .its good to use ,faster in surfing,my friends also using intel pentium 4.
