How much do you get paid?

I am brand new to this site. I'm just starting to post new discussions and respond to others. Just curious what it pays per post? Do you get the same amount for starting a new one as you do for responding to someone elses post? What kind of money is being made on here? Is it worth it? Thanks!

Yea, i read that, I was hoping to know how much you get paid per post. I continue to post and can't figure it out, seems like it varies between one cent and three cents per post. I know images have been giving me one cent, but I just thought I'd see if anyone knew how they figure what you make per post.
