I am a stay at home mom who loves figuring out new and easy recipes. As a mother of two young children it is hard to find time to cook. However I manage to have a healthy and appetizing meal on the table every night. So if anyone is interested. I can help.

I am a new mother and I am always looking for new easy recipes. You should get together a page and blog it and sign up with those companies to get paid everytime someone goes to your site. Then you will be helping out people and making a few extra dollars.

You might want to post a discussion on which companies are real and how to do it. I know that they are out there. We eat a lot of chicken.

I have a pancake recipe, it makes abour 24 small pancakes. It is a healthy recipe for toddlers,
1 c whole milk
1/4 c nonfat dry milk
2 tbsp apple juice concentrate
1 tbsp margarine, melted
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
3/4 c whole wheat flour
1/3 c wheat germ
1 1/2 tsp low-sodium baking powder
vegetable cooking spray
Combine the all ingredients except cooking spray, in blender or food processor, or stir thoroughly. Let stand for about 15 minuts.
Spray pan with cooking spray. Heat over med high until hot. then reduce the heat to medium, stir the batter and spoon it into the pan to make about 3 inch pancakes. you can use raisins for eyes and dried apricots slices for mouths if you want a fun face on the pancakes. When the pancake begins to bubble and bottoms are browned which usually takes about 2 min, flip it and cook about 1 minute more.
If you have any specific typ of recipe needs let me know, I have snack and dessert recipes as well.

Here's one my ex got me to love:
Brown and drain a pound of hamburger meat
Make some rice
Dice some onions
Sprinkle with salt
and combine...and eat.
Now, how's that for quick and easy. Of course with the babies, ommit the onions since they have no taste for it yet.
