what advice should i give to my friend??

a person whom i know is frustrated is fed up of his life because he has not achived his dream in his life.......
this friend of mine has dreamt of becoming a good engineer he instead ended up being a bussiness man........he is earning more than what an engineer earns but still not satisfied.......and repents for not becoming an engineer so wat advice should i give him??

My dream was to become a pilot. In Sri Lanka when I was leaving school there were 2 planes to practice. But unfortunately one knocked on a coconut tree and only one was left. So some friends advised my father not to send me for pilot training as it is a long wait, unless you join the air force and become a soldier.
So my father put me into accounting and I am doing well in that and have woken up from my pilot dream.
If your friend is having money from his business he can use this to research on new engineering feats and do what really gives him satisfaction. He need not end up building bridges to enjoy being an engineer. He can read books, collect information and also do hie business well.
