I like it very much....What about you????Do you know that....A cake is a form of food that is usually sweet and often baked. Cakes normally combine some kind of wheat product, a sweetening agent (commonly sugar), a binding agent (generally egg, though gluten or starch are often used by vegetarians and vegans), fats (usually butter or margarine,although a fruit puree can be substituted to avoid using fat),a liquid (milk, water or fruit juice), flavours and some form of leavening agent (such as yeast or baking powder).Cake is often the dessert of choice for meals at ceremonial occasions, particularly weddings, anniversaries and
birthdays.

I like eating cakes. However, i didn't know much information on the ingredients. All i know is they're delicious for me to eat them. I do not know how to bake cakes, therefore i only buy them.
Besides special occasions as you've mentioned, I always pay a visit to Coffee Bean and Starbucks, not only because of their coffee but also because of their delicious cakes. Though i like eating many types of cakes, my favorites are blueberry cake and blueberry cheese cake. I am not fussy when it comes to the flavors and type of cakes as i enjoy eating almost all of them.

Though i like eating cakes, however i do not know how to bake one. I would love to learn how to bake one day when i am a little bit free from work. Hopefully it will be soon. I would love to bake for myself and my loved ones.
Anyway, my favorite is Chocolate cake. In fact, all chocolate-based cakes are my favorite. I just love Chocolate Mud cake and whenever i feel like pampering myself or when i am up to any celebration, i will go to TGIF to indulge myself with this cake. Though the price is a little bit expensive compared to others, i do not mind spending a little bit since i know i have never been disappointed with them. Besides baking my favorite cake, they also give free chocolate mud cake when it's the customer's birthday or anniversary.
I also always look forward to go to functions at hotels especially hi-tea because i get to eat varieties of cakes. Even at dinner or lunch buffets, i will go to the desert section first to check out their cakes.

I prepare cakes at home at the time of my husband and children's birthday.I use to make different cakes,like pan cake,sponge cake,iceing cake,without eggs,with eggs,and cakes of different flavours like fruitcake,chocolate cake,i use vegetable ghee,suger,baking powder,milk and wheat flour to prepare it.
