Breastfeeding

I have a 2 yr old son and having a great deal of trouble getting him off the breast he is the kinda child that is stuborn and will cry till what he wants is presented well not totally just when it comes to being up in my shirt.. I was wondering if any of u have any great ideas or have been through the same experience???

I believe that is one character you will have to shape up in your child, But it is also because he get use to having your comfort when you brest feed thats why, help him gradually grow over it, God Bless.

LOL, that brings back memories. I nursed my twins until they were 2 1/2. It was a chore. I started out by cutting back on the times they were nursed. Only at nap and bedtime. Then we went to only bedtime. And eventually stopped. But this too was not without tears. I would offer them a drink from their sippy cups before nap or bedtime. I would also cuddle them to help ease them to rest. Good luck to you.

Thank u very much well yesterday after writing this i cut him off durin the day and yea it was crying off and on today he is running up to me saying hug hug so i have been just hugging him when he need's it and giving him a cup alot and asking him where hes cup is... It's working out well, and have just been giving him at bed time since yesterday, day 2 lol ur right it aint easy...Here's a big CHEERS for U nursing twins that's courageous HI5 MA!!!
