I had big plans for puttingmy little one down for a nap and then spending the two hours here at mylot....well, so much for the best laid plans. I fell asleep with him for an hour. The benefits of napping was actually in the news recently. And apparently, some cultures have it right. I also remember my mom coming home from work and having a "power snooze". She could seem so revived after just a ten minute cat nap. (Appartently some creatures have it right as well). What do you think? Are you a napper? Do you put your head down on your desk at 3PM for a few seconds or minutes? Or is eight hours at night enough for you?

I don't nap every day, but there's days when i nap a little (About an hourish) and then i get up, do some things, nap again, get up do some more things, and then it's bed time, it all depends, i guess it's all in the way I'm feeling. My hormones change a lot, my body's healing or something, whatever, anyways it makes me sooo tired some days, sometimes for weeks, so i sleep and sleep... and then i have days like this, i didn't go to sleep last night, the funny thing is, i forgot...
So yeah, I'm a napper half the time and the other half the time I'm awake, but i saw the thing on the news too, it's amazing, now i know why my husband naps every day, he's very health conscious since his father passed of a heart attack.
