Do you sport ? What sport do you train ?

I guess a lot of people know that "A healthy body=strong mind. Do you sport and what sport? I train athletics, I like to run, sometimes in the summer I train swimming too. I also like to try every sport that I like.

i sometimes run and play table tennis,but i can't do it every day,i am lazy!

I'm not on a performing level, but I like to get some movement every once in a while. I don't have to take sports classes in my college, but I chose to do so. This year I'm playing volleyball. I also played badminton and table tennis. And of course, football...

Yes Skywalker, I agree with you, me too I think that a healthy body = a strong mind. Now I'm 40, and so I sometimes play football with my friends only for having fun, but when I was young I played in a local team. Another thing I love is running, we have a lot of parks in the town I live and so when there are sunny days I always go jogging and running. Sport is very important and I'm still training it, even if I'm getting old....

oh i like sport and the more sport I do, the best I feel...practising sport makes me feel good...first of all I have my latin dancing lessons...I love dancing and I wish I could take also modern dance lessons, but I haven't found any course suitable for me yet...then I like running and swimming..and then I like going to the gym in order to keep fit and healthy... I like having total body gymn lessons, aerobics lessons..we have lot of fun and my body thanks me a lot....but one of the things I like more in this period, it is pilates...have you ever tried it? it is wonderful...a particular kind of exercises that train your muscles like dancers do...oh sport is wonderful!!!

My sport is sailing, but in order to do so I must cross-train in the gym.
