Who created the phrase "God Bless You"?

I imagine it's been around ever since there was organized religion. I don't think we can pin it down to one person who coined the phrase, as religion has been an important aspect of culture - especially before science. So someone said it first, but in one form or another Gods and dieties have been spoken about and good blessings as well as curses have been bestowed on other people.
