Strangest thing you've ever eaten?

Several years ago, I had the opportunity to travel through Asia. I wanted to be open minded and try new things as it pertained to food. I tried eating snake, beetle larvae, bat, and even horse meat. I'd like to know what is the most exotic food you have ever tried?
