I have gone on Prozac for depression. Has helped. But you may haev to experiment or see which medications go with you. Of course for us all, it can be best if we can help ourselves without going on an artificial medication. When I went to for treatment from a therapist, psychiatrist, or psychologist, I had to go to several before I found out that was right for me. I had some who upset me or just didn't help me. Things like exercising, listening to music, finding things that you love to do or take part it can help relieve also.

People with long term diseases tend to suffer from depression. Find a doctor to prescribe an antideppressant. Wellbutrin works well for me. It also helps me quit smoking. LOL.. I have Lupus and they used to think it was mctd. Sometimes the medications will also cause depression. Read the warnings on them and see if one of the might be causing it. If one is see if the doctor can't prescribe you a different medication. If you want to ask anything else just send me a message.
