mylot rating and earning system.

i cannot see my ratings anywhere .. where do i look for it? :S and i have been earning very less how to improve it any suggestions? and do i earn extra if i had the best response and do i earn extra if some one rates my post as + and do i loose my earnings if someone rates it - ???

thanks for the info.. i think such silly concerns should be addressed in the FAQ and help section on mylot ...
