Is the pain of implanatation the same as the pain u normally have before period?

how do we come to know its implantation...... how long does it last. does everyone have that feelin or is it unusual...??

The pain of implantation is kind of like menstrual cramping, You can also have some minor bleeding. It doesnt happen to everyone, but it's not unusal either. If you are worried, maybe go and talk to your doctor.
