I really don't like my current job. I'm getting ready to go back to school, but I have to work while I'm going. I've been submitting resumes and posting it where ever I can. All at once I've gotten several replies.
I had a pre-interview yesterday, and a formal one today with one company. A second company called me today and want to rush me into an interview, which I agreed to. A third isn't really up my alley, but it pays the best. My dilema is which one to accept, as two have pretty much told me I am their top choice and a final decision will be made tomorrow evening or Monday.
I'm not sure which one I want to accept, though I have one I'm leaning towards.
The first job is very close to home, and while it pays the least and has the most expensive benefit package, there is generally quick advancement with the company. The second is a 35 minute commute, pay well, and has the best benefit package as far as cost and coverage. The third pays the best, but has no real room for advancement and I really have no idea about benefits.
Which would you take?

Thanks for answering in my discussion I really appreciate it.
As for your concern sorry if I was a 1 week late to respond I think this very moment you already pick the best job suited for you.
I think the 2nd one sounds great it was not that far yet it offer great benefit and might be a room for improvement.
But no matter what you will choose among the 3 I really think you make a good decision out of it. Goodluck in your new work!!

Well, I took the second job. Which is probably a good thing since I didn't hear from the first one. The third job was a casual, pre-interview type phone interview. I think it went well and the gentleman that interviewed me was very nice and complimentary. They won't be making any decisions on who to formally interview for another week or so, so I figure if they offer me a second interview I will have that time to see what I initially think of the job I took. it can't hurt to keep my options open, just in case.
