I loved it, for the most part. Obviously she wasn't going to die, since this show is about her. But I loved how she had to come to grips about not fighting in the water. How she had given up.
What I don't understand is why was it just the girl that would bleed out? Why didn't bomb guy just self destruct a few times. Or Denny's heart start to crash?
I loved the scene between Burke and Christina where he tells her 'she's the one you call your person and if you don't go to her now, you will never forgive yourself'. It's so true. And then to see how Christina was with her.
it was very emotional.

Well Christina as said in the show has watched her father die right in front of her. I would not want to watch a friend die at all. But the reason for her being amazed of the chair was to keep her mind of her ONE person dying. I am not saying it was right of her... but she was told to go back to work. I would not be able to do that either.

Can you please explain that part to me? Christina is the one I absolutely can't relate to. I would never in a million years go to a dollar store and be amazed that I could buy a kid's chair for 99 cents. I didn't get it!
Please explain why she did that. I want to like her, but her character just annoys me.

I thought it was a very good, well written conclusion to the previous two episodes. A real tear jerker in my opinion. Sometimes I wonder why I watch it since it often makes me teary eyed. The show is very addicting. I guess I never recovered from the Denny episodes because at the end when they were in the same place in the hall for a minute and he said her name, I cried all over again. I don't like how Izzie has gotten and I agree she is mean. But I really, really, really liked her with Denny. I miss that character. :( I'm glad they had a way to bring him back to the show, even if it was just for a little bit.
I heard that they are going to maybe make a spinoff with Addison. I don't know what I think about that. I don't mind her on the show but I don't think I'd go watch an entire show just because she was in it.

I felt very moved by Denny's comments about how sometimes he'll pass by Izzie in the hallway and it's almost like they touch and he can tell and everything.
I still don't necessarily feel that Izzie deserves to have someone feeling like that about her. And good for George and Callie for standing up for themselves and each other and their marriage.
Christina's "shopping trip" was endearing because I could identify with her need to find some way of coping.
On the other hand, I could not STAND the whole mother-daughter reunion cheese speech. It's nice that we see Ellis was finally behaving in a lucid manner but I would have really liked to see the original ending because you can tell they rewrote parts. They started out so strong, and then...what?But anyhow. I'm still very much so amazed by Denny. It was heartbreaking how much he and Izzie clearly still love each other but can't be together. I think that's part of what is motivating Izzie to be so mean to Callie, is her pain at being the only one who hasn't paired up with someone. Technically. Unless you don't count Karev and how much of a man-s l u t he was earlier on.
