If your child/children dont live with you-how often do you get to talk to them?

I see alot of parents who say they dont talk to their kids as much as they would like to.Either it be in person or on the phone I think once a week is good but everynight is great.I guess it all depends where they live and if you even know their number.How about you? Do your children live elsewhere and how often do you get to talk to them?

I am the child myself, and I know my mom and I talk a bare minimum of 3 times a week on the phone, sometimes more if we're both available on MSN.
My dad and I talk less, but that's because he's not a big phone person.
I think it's important.. my mom is one of my best friends, I want to make sure she's in the loop, and me likewise.
