Has anone ever tried pineapple on their pizza?

yes. it was ok but not spectacular. I really like pine apple fresh and juicy. the pineapple on the pizza was pretty dried out. but it did have good flavor and that added something to the pizza.

I love pineapple, ham, black olives, and mushrooms on my pizza....The pineapple takes the acid out of the sauce..It's really good and if you haven't tried it don't knock it.....The pineapple give it a very good flavor..

hmmm I never have pineapple on my pizzas, it just doesn't go right for me, I am not a big pineapple lover anyway but thought of it on a pizza doesn't appeal to me at all...

My father is fascinated, and has been for about 6 years with the Hawaiin Pizza. That being Pineapple, ham and tomatoes. I think it is very good, but it's like taken over his pizza!

Yes! Haiwain pizza is really yummy. You should definitely give it a try. Pineapple is also good with grilled meats.

Yes, Hawaiian pizza is very good. There's something about the contrast between sweet and salty sensations/tastes that make this novelty different, but good. In Chicago, there are many other strange concoctions and combinations sold in pizza stores. Two of my favorites are the BBQ pizza (BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce, a blend of cheddar and mozzarrella cheeses, bacon, onion, and sausage...good stuff) and the buffalo chicken pizza (hot sauce instead of pizza sauce, mozzarrella cheese, chicken, and onions...also very good). Another pizza I've just recently been introduced to out here is the Macaroni and Cheese pizza. Parlors use a creamy type alfredo sauce instead of pizza sauce, a different kind of cheese, and oodles of pasta noodles.

I have tried Hawaiian pizzas and they have pineapples on them and I loved having the pineapple on it. It tasted very good to me. The only thing that I do not like on my pizza is anchovies. I think pineapples on pizza taste very delicious and would eat it all the time if I could and if it was healthy to do that. :-)

It's actually quite yummy! I would have never tried it but a vegetarian friend of mine got a pizza once with pineapple, onions and hot peppers. I thought he was nuts but the pineapple gives a sweet n sour aspect to it. With hot peppers it's really great. So then of course I had to try the "hawaiian" version which adds some ham. That's great too. Seriously, try it some time. You will be very surprised. Of course if you detest pineapple it won't be a good thing!!! LOL I'm not a huge fan of it but I eat it once in a while. And I love it on pizza now.

The Hawaiian slice (with pineapple) is really good. I have tried it. I prefer this over a slice with spinach or broccoli.

I LOVE pineapple on my pizza. Lots and lots of it. Best combo is pineapple and ham. Absolutely delicious! My husband hates it though.

Oh I love pineapple on my pizza!! My husband and son don't like it, so I don't have to share :) :) The pineapple is really good and it makes me feel like I'm eating something somewhat healthy.

I love tons and tons of pineapple on my pizza. Not the hard type but the softer ones. They enhances the taste of the pizza. Most pizzas I tasted are with pineapple toppings.

pineapple is very great for HAWAAIn pizza flavor ! it gives some kind of sweetness & good zesty flavor with the tomato sauce & ham in it . . . much more we can add some onions & bell pepper toppings to make it more tasty!

Yeuk, i absolutely detest pineapple in all its form, so from apersonal point of view i'd not recommend eating it at all, let alone on pizza! however, i know a lot of people like ham & pineapple pizza and if you like pineapple you'll like it too, so go ahead!

I have tried eating pineapple pizzas. It is more delicious if there's a cheese on the toppings. Just don't put too many pineapples on the toppings because it's too much. Why not try eating pineapple pizza. Fruits are yummy.

Pinapple with ham is the perfect pizzalicious sonsation on my mouth. It is absoulutle delicous. There was another pizza place that's gone now, that had a GREAT pinapple and ham pizza. You should go out and get one right now!!!
