HELP! I don't know what to do

i have a girl friend.we are fall in love,but we have little common.she likes basketball,but i don't like to play it. i like playing soccer,however she doesn't like.i want to make her happy.what should i do? i don't know how to give her my love...and if love means that i have to give up my hobby and do what she like???/

Well you know what they say, opposites attract! Me and my boyfriend don't have all of the same interests either. He likes football I hate it, and I love color guard but he doesn't care for it. On some levels we are total opposite but for some weird reason we've grown together very strong. So you and your girlfriend might not have all of the same interests but you probably do have some things in common take the time and figure out what those things are! You shouldn't have to give up your hobby just because she isn't interested in , thats not what love is.

Love doesn't mean giving up your hobby to do what the person you love enjoys. In fact, it's much healthier if you have interests outside of your relationship, so that your lives don't revolve around each other too much. Enjoy spending time together, and enjoy spending time on your hobbies as well, and it will be a healthy relationship.
